I love these hair clips!!! These beautiful days of the week hair clips are certainly one of my favorites. The set of seven felt covered hair clips comes with a barrette for each day of the week. My four year old daughter loves to pick out her barrette each morning before heading off to school. A perfect gift for a little girl.

March 20,2009 - Kristen's Favorite

I am the mother of three little boys (7, 5, and 3-years-old) who works part-time at My Sister Kate to keep my sanity and to support my shopping addiction! I have been here since we opened and still enjoy what I do. Rachael works hard to find cool clothes for boys—which isn’t easy.

My absolute favorite outfit in the store right now is by the Tea Collection. It’s the boy’s Manual polo top in maroon and matching plaid long cargo shorts. As soon as I saw the pieces come out of the box, I knew that I had to have them for my 5-year-old. This outfit is full of personality just like him! I love the Tea Collection for him because he has a slender build. The shorts have an adjustable waistband, which is a necessity, and the polo top is long and narrow. I feel that it runs true to size; though I went up a size for him in the polo because he is long-waisted. I love the combination of colors: maroon, white and light blue. The cargo shorts are longer, but not too long. This outfit is casual when paired with his flip flops and dressy enough to wear out to dinner when worn with his Keens. You won’t be disappointed!

March 19, 2009 - Logan Tyler

Our world has once again turned upside down. We had a beautiful baby boy on March 2nd. His name is Logan Tyler and he is absolutely perfect!!! He weighed in at 8lbs. 9 oz......big kid :)
As Logan and I relax at home (until the other two kids get home from school) we decided to start a My Sister Kate blog. I have never blogged before....so it might take us awhile to figure it out. My goal is to highlight some of our favorite things in the store. I love our spring collection of clothes and I hope we can use this blog to show you the best of the best.
